Initial Consultation with Macro and Calorie Guide - $60
The initial consultation will include a macro and calorie guide that will be individualized based on your current activity level, goals, and preferred style of eating.
We will schedule a 45-minute meeting either in person or through a video call to discuss how to best implement and succeed at your plan.
