TriNutrition coaching with South Florida Fitness is individualized to meet your specific needs. We understand that nutrition needs are different for triathletes, while also being different for each individual. You will work with a coach one-on-one to build the best plan for you. We focus on four key aspects of nutrition for triathletes.

    • What to eat to properly fuel your training and recover from workouts.
    • Reach and maintain your ideal race weight for your goals and lifestyle.
  • Pre-Race Nutrition
    • Reach the starting line with the proper fueling.
    • How to properly carb-load to maximize muscle glycogen stores.
  • Intra-Race Nutrition
    • Amount of calories you should consume during an event.
    • Timing of energy intake to maximize performance.N
  • Hydration/Electrolyte Balance
    • Avoid “bonking” due to dehydration.
    • Minimize the chance of hydration-related muscle cramps during an event.
