To track progress in your health and fitness goals it is important to take meaningful measurements. I offer body composition measurements and fitness assessments to help you track your progress. Ideally these measurements are repeated at least every 6 months to track progress.
Body Composition
Body composition analysis measures the amount of body fat to lean mass. This is done using a tape measure and skinfold calipers. Tracking body composition is important to measure progress toward your goals.
Body composition measurements can be performed as a stand alone service or they can be combined with ongoing nutrition coaching.
Skin fold measurements have to be done in person because it is very important to use high quality calipers and have them performed by someone with substantial experience.
