Personal training provides a personalized workout plan and guidance tailored to your individual health and fitness goals. If you are looking to lose weight, build strength, or train for an event we can create and execute a plan aimed at those goals.

Personal training can be done in Lake Worth Beach at our backyard gym. Additionally, personal training sessions can also be held at a park or even at your home. Sessions can last either 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Discounts are provided for purchasing multiple sessions at once.

Up to three participants can train together during personal training sessions at no extra cost.
